What is our primary value-added differentiation?

Our proprietary growth-accelerator process, called "Desired-Future-State" is an important differentiator for our company. This is a Six-Sigma-based, change management process designed to accelerate the organization from " Current State" to "Desired-Future-State." Key elements to this   rapidly moving, yet highly disciplined process include the following:

• Acute awareness of the Current State---and the gap between--- Desired Future State.
• Accurate identification of the OTS; (obstacles-to-success).
• A highly disciplined, rapidly moving plan, to address these OTS.
• Embracing the "strength-of-team"; shortcomings of "1-man-band."
